You must address at least two of the above topics in your paper, you may address three or all four topics if you wish to do so in your paper.  You should use our textbook, Reforming the Administration of Justice in Mexico (Chapters 1, 4, 5, 11, and 21) as one of your reference sources.  Cite at least two more reference sources in your paper.  You may utilize academic reference sources and/or newspaper or news magazine reference sources in English or Spanish.  Any Spanish quotations in your paper must be translated into English. 

This paper must be written in proper APA format.  Your essay should be typed and double-spaced in a standard format (8.5″ x 11″), with 1″ margins on all sides. You should use a 12 pt. Times New Roman font.  Submit your paper in Blackboard in a MS Word Document (.doc) format.  It should include a title page, an introduction, a body, a conclusion and a reference page.  Include bolded heading titles for the introduction paragraph, the topic title paragraphs in the body, and the conclusion paragraph.  The reference page must be in APA format.
