Reflecting on ourselves, not only as students, but as writers, and future professionals is an essential part of the growth in all areas. The idea with reflection is that it is personal and unique to you. Each person has a different experience in life in general, as well as in school. This makes how we perceive things and learn things highly individual. If we can take a moment to write, without worrying about being judged, but just write what our thoughts are, we can use this information to see how far we have come, the things we have learned, and also areas that we would like to see more personal improvement in. When we do this, we can then apply it to things in our future and see that growth continue.

This is a guided reflective journal which simply means I will give you a series of questions as food for thought. Feel free to make your answers individualized, but do answer the questions required to have the potential for full credit.
