I would like to do my research paper on Paid Time Off benefits. Present findings on the effects PTO plans have on employee satisfaction, longevity with a company, and productivity. This topic interests me because a companys PTO policy is of high importance to me when I am interviewing for a job. I will be very interested to further investigate the effects PTO has on a company and its employees. Topic should be discussed thoroughly with data and research to support your findings.
