Selecting one of the following topics, critically analyse the effectiveness of the criminal justice system in Australia when dealing with young offenders with respect to:
i. Indigenous and ethnic minority youth offenders; OR
ii. Police, police practices and crime prevention; OR
iii. court processes and sentencing options; OR
iv. restorative justice

Must be structured and written in a formal academic style. It should, therefore, include a brief introduction and conclusion. A minimum of ten (10) valid references are required.
