Wooley’s Western Bias in Excavation at the Royal Cemetery of Ur

In this research paper I would like you to only use the sources I provide. Please select two burial contects to focus on in Wooley’s excavations of the royal cemetery of Ur. Look into Wooleys interpretations of less wealthy death pits. Aim to display if is there a common string of interpretation. I would like the focus of the paper to be on wooley’s western bias while conducting his excavation. Please include a dialouge with the author (Wooley) and his bias. Begin with the problem you want to explore (his western biases) and try not to write too much basic preliminary information (less orienting is more, assume the reader is already familiar with the topic). The Zettler catalogue questions about the unusual or  underappreciated burial contexts, articulate western biases. Please refer to the writing tools I attach, as the professor is looking for a very specific concise style (see Lanham doc).

Why, according to your readings, caused this shift?

-Referring to Kennedys Speech to the Greater Houston Ministerial Association, describe the religious issue that he addresses and how he addresses it, then provide a brief evaluation (e.g., Did you think it was a good response? Was it convincing?

-Hunter describes a culture war that he says has emerged from an older cultural conflict between Protestants, Catholics, and Jews. Describe this new culture war, and include a description of the two sides (according to Hunter), then tell me whether you think Hunters analysis still stands, or whether then lines have changed again (or, are there multiple lines of conflict), and include specific some specific examples. This question assumes that there is a culture war going on, you might disagree. In which case, you will have to defend that position, and you should include specifics and examples how do you explain the anger and violence?)

Each ensemble has its own perspective of how it maintains its relationship with the broader public that deal with both repertoire in performance setting.
In your response, discuss your interpretation of their history/founding and how that resonates with the LA Phil’s response to COVID-19 with their “LA Phil at Home” initiative and ICE and its collaboration with composer George Lewis.
