China Radio International (Radio Beijing) was established on Dec 3, 1941 and it is a state-run radio station broadcasting to a global audience. CRI is China’s only radio station running a world service and the most languages using service (61 languages) among all global media organizations. CRI launches in a variety of platform such as radio, internet, mobile web, television and print also. In 2011, 70 overseas urban radio service branches, three domestic FM radio services and 18 internet radio services were launched. CRI also has 32 oversea correspondent bureaus. To present timely, accurate and comprehensive coverage of global events to the audiences, CRI is working together with Associated Press and Reuters. To enhance mutual understanding between China and the rest of the world, CRI also opened 12 Confucius Classrooms worldwide, benefiting Chinese-language learners and promoting Chinese culture. There are 4,112 CRI listeners’ clubs around the world.

Children And Young People Essay

As we know, the famous theory of cognitive development was found by Jean Piaget. He was born in 1896 (Newkirk, 2009). Newkirk also mentioned that Piaget was a theorists and also a biologist. Besides,the author reported that Piaget did observing his own children and attracted to changes that occured and developed in childrens mind and the factors behind these changes. In addition, Gartrell (2011) also stated that Piagets method by questioning the children is called as clinical method. Children started to develop their understanding through their surrounding based on four stages of cognitive development. As mentioned by Gartrell the stages are the sensorimotor stage, preoperational stage, concrete operational stage and lastly formal operations stage.
