The purpose of the assignment is to assess your ability to analyze a company for its investment potential.
Overview:
In this assignment, you will individually research and analyze a company’s financial summary (please select
which ever of your choosing) for its investment potential. You will complete an analysis of the company’s
financial position and provide an investment recommendation.
Action Items:

  1. Read BTN 13-2 in in Wild and Shaw (2019). (this will be provided. This is an individual project not a
    group)
  2. Analyze the results of Company Analysis and prepare a 2-3 pages paper (double-spaced, one-inch
    margins, 12-point font) in which you discuss the requirements and conclude with a recommendation. Your
    analysis must be written using a concise writing style.
  3. Format and Content Instructions: Your paper should have three identifiable sections with headings titled
    Introduction, Analysis, and Conclusion.
    a. Introduction: Provide a brief purpose statement for this assignment.
    b. Analysis: Provide an analysis using the two required questions as a requirement.
    c. Conclusion: Write your conclusion based on your analysis.

PEER 1 Discussion

A reading from my agency orientation and training manual the mission and services at Nueva Luz foundation is to further the health, welfare, vocational training, education, safe housing and quality of life for those affected by trauma and PTSD. To include children,veterans and families(NLF August 31, 2010.) Thisagency partnered with modern view clinical and forensic services, to help those affected by trauma and PTSD in family law, immigration and mitigation cases. To become eligible individuals, family or group has been affected by trauma or critical incidents. They may be self referrer or reached through community partner. For example Immigration client seeking residency will be referred from crowbar, a free legal service to provide assistance and legal representation at risk for deportation . Following techniques to initiate services can help the possibility of an ongoing healthy relationship that will move forward through the stages on the helping process (Garthwait 2017.) To initiate services my agency will administer the intake evaluation in the first session to determine the need, discuss findings an offer recommendation.

There are three methods used and my agency approve an agency outcomes single system designed pulls data to do pre-post and I’m going assessments of goals being reached.Second method is evaluating groups of clients such as refugees, minors,immigration clients,sexabuse, crime victim and first responders. PEER 2 Discussion

The Restorative Hope Sanctuary, was established in 2017, by the founder to Jo Newton . The center is a Christian counseling center, who’s is foundational scriptures taken from Psalms chapter 1, verses 2:3. It was fun it to benefit kids that focussed on their mental, spiritual, social and emotional health. Soldiers are also serviced year due to the far away location from the Army Post. It offers quiet, peaceful and almost country feel despite being in Killeen, Tx.

The types of intervention offered our child and adolescents’ needs and strength cans, Christian counseling, nature prayer, mentorship and equine therapy. These are offered for the individual, children, family and the military.

The sessions range from a couple of weeks to 12 sessions of biweekly sessions and these interventions are used to treat depression, PTSD, adjustment and eating disorders to name a few. In order for a family member to be a client, your counseling sessions has to be paid through your insurance and you may have a co-pay.

If you are without insurance or you don’t want to use your insurance, the center does a sliding scale session which is $30 or less, to the counselors who do not have their LPC yet. Services can be initiated through your insurance or just by calling the center or a recommendation is given. Clients and counselors consider success when the family has successfully completed the treatment plans and often times when the family members feel better and they seem happy and then they don’t they don’t often return. Since there is no follow up progress can be heard and seen in their lives, thank you.
