PROGRAM EVALUATION – SLP 3

The Session Long Project (SLP) will require you to develop a preliminary evaluation plan for a program you are familiar with in your current work environment. The components of each SLP are outlined below:

Read the section titled Evaluation on p. 55 in:

In a 2 page paper, write about the types of data you will collect to evaluate the program. Use the readings to guide your development of a plan to evaluate the program. Provide at least 3 to 4 types of data you might collect to evaluate and describe how it will assess the effectiveness of the program.

SLP Assignment Expectations
Your work should be written with the following points in mind.

This paper should be at least 2 pages, not counting the title page and reference page.
A clear introduction that orients a reader to the essay main content, and the main points discussed should be provided.
A well-developed, well-balanced essay body that develops each point in its own paragraph should be included.
A concise conclusion that summarizes the whole essay should also be included.
Include at least three references. Quoted material should not exceed 10% of the total paper (since the focus of these assignments is critical thinking). Use your own words and build on the ideas of others. When material is copied verbatim from external sources, it must be enclosed in quotes.
The references should be cited within the text and also listed at the end of the assignment in the References section. Follow the APA Style format; see www.apa.org.
At least one in-text citation must be provided for each reference.
A reference page which follows APA requirements should be included.
The essay should be organized in a clear and coherent manner.
The paper should be double spaced with font size of 12.
Your writing should:
Be clear, logical, and precise
Have breadth and depth
Show critical thinking skills

ADVANCED MARKETING UNIT III DQ

 Think of a brand that you believe connects well with its customers and communicates the value proposition effectively through a variety of venues. Explain your rationale with a detailed look at the customer value proposition and the marketing strategies used. Differentiate this from what the competitors are doing. Please select a brand not already brought forward by your fellow students.

International Negotiation as Global Leadership Skill

Analyzing international negotiation can provide important insights for being effective global leaders. Multi-cultural negotiating skills are increasingly necessary to effectively manage multinational network organizations. Multi-cultural skills are increasingly necessary for effectively leading domestic organizations as well.

For the first paragraph of your posting, discuss how international negotiation might help international leaders acquire the knowledge and skill necessary in todays global business environment.

For the second paragraph of your posting, select any one of the following bullet points and address all elements of your chosen bullet point. Select a different bullet point section than what your classmates have already posted so that we can engage several discussions on relevant topics. If all the bullet points have been addressed, then you may begin to re-use the bullet points with the expectation that varied responses continue.
