In this assignment you will observe, document, and evaluate two (2) instructional sessions associated with adult learners. Using the Teaching Observation Form, located here, you will rate each instructors performance from one (1) to five (5) on each of the evaluative criterion on the form, with one (1) being the lowest and five (5) being the highest. You will also include a rationale or comment for each rating. Note: If you do not observe an evaluative criterion, do not rate the criterion and mark an N/A in the rationale / comment block.

Write a five to seven (5-7) page paper in which you address the following items for each observation separately.

Provide the title of each instructional session, and summarize the content of each of the instructional sessions.
Critique the overall effectiveness of each instructional session. Use your observation and evaluation notes from the Teaching Observation Form to provide a rationale for your critique.
Assess the instructional strengths of each session. Provide a rationale for your assessment using examples from your observation.
Assess the areas for improvement of each session. Provide a rationale for your assessment using examples from your observation.
Compare and contrast the strengths and areas for improvement for the two (2) sessions observed.
Based on your current or preferred career, specify two (2) concepts you can apply from this assignment.
Assess your lessons learned from using the Teaching Observation Form. Suggest at least one (1) improvement in the form.
Include the completed Teaching Observation Forms as an Appendix to your paper.

Be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides; citations and references (if applicable) must follow APA or school-specific format. Check with your professor for any additional instructions.

Assignment: Evidence-Based Practice ImplementationAnticipating Results

o prepare for this Assignment, using the resources for evidence-based practices, identify an evidence-based practice that may be applicable to your field of practice. Review two research articles demonstrating the effectiveness of the evidence-based practice. Note any similarities or differences between the conditions in which the evidence-based practice was implemented in the study and the conditions in which you plan to implement it.

Submit a 4- to 5-page paper that analyzes the implementation of the evidence-based practice in your field of practice to determine if you can expect similar results to the research. The paper should include the following:

A description of the evidence-based practice that you selected including:
The population for which the evidence-based practice is intended
The problems for which the evidence-based practice is intended to address
A summary of the evidence from the research articles that demonstrate the evidence-based practices effectiveness
An explanation of any differences between the conditions of the study and the conditions on your practice. Explain the potential impact these differences could have on successful implementation.
A description of the steps that would be required to implement the evidence-based practice including:
Any factors that would support each step and how you would leverage them
Any factors that would limit or hinder each step and how you would mitigate them
A conclusion that includes:
Anticipated results of the implementation in your practice setting
An explanation of whether they will be similar or different from the research results from the articles

In this assignment, you will learn about Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) and their impact on adults and education.

To learn more about MOOCs, read the article titled 7 Things You Should Know About MOOCs. Next, use the Internet or Strayer Library to locate two (2) additional articles on your own.

Write a five to seven (5-7) page paper responding to the items below:

Analyze three (3) advantages and three (3) disadvantages of MOOCs. Provide support for your analysis.
Compare and contrast MOOCs to a traditional online course. Propose one (1) use case in which a MOOC could be more beneficial to an adult learner than taking a traditional online course.
