Format
All components of the double spaced paper must have one inch margins (left, right, top and bottom) and be written in 11 or 12 pitch, Arial or Times New Roman font. 4-7 pages in length

This paper needs to be written in the Active Voice, Needs points to be brief, Clear, Place Responsibility, Personal, Questions on Active voice please ask.  Also

o Disciplined initiative.
o Risk acceptance.

Need to be the body of the paper as its based on principles of command.  Questions on Principles of command can be found In ADP 6-0 1-26 through 1-68 please ask if you have troubles as I can help. 
o Analyze and evaluate the major points of your case study for research to write your persuasive essay. Use your time to develop a deep understanding of your topic to fully explain your stance on the topic. You are required to give an in depth introduction of your topic. Provide transitional sentences from one topic to the next. Then develop the body of the paper fully using no less than 3 full pages and no more than 5 pages, this does not include the APA format title and references page. Finally, provide a summative conclusion. Provide a total of two references for your references page. Ensure you use Times New Roman 12 point font and the current APA Writing Style.
oStrong introduction of topic clearly delineates subtopics to be reviewed. Fully supports thesis statement.
o Solidly introduced all aspects of the topic preparedness. Fully linked the topic to the overarching theme. The body meets 3-5 pages requirement
o Most material clearly related to main topic and subtopic. Material may not be organized within subtopics. Attempts to provide variety of transitions

Prepare an analytical essay using the principles of mission command. using an organizational-level leadership perspective in notional tactical and operational environments, given references, practical exercises.Developing an analytical essay with a minimum of three pages, no more than five pages, using the six principles of mission command to appraise and compare the Operation Anaconda Case Study.Constructing essay IAW the APA Writing Style.Analyze and evaluate the major points of your case study for research utilizing the Six Principles of Mission Command. Use your time to develop a deep understanding of your topic to fully explain your analysis. You are required to give an in depth introduction of your topic. Then develop the body of the paper fully using not less than 3 full pages and no more than 5 pages. Provide transitional sentences from one topic to the next. Gather one additional reference for your bibliography. Ensure you use Times New Roman 12 point font and the current APA Writing Style.  I feel that this paper could use another reference and more numbers and facts from the events. Paper has notes on the side of it asking for corrections in detail.
