Controversial Issues Ten Point Model

Please review and respond to the “Controversial Issues Ten Point Model” in your textbook on pages 19-22 and quote from the textbook at least once in your response. Do you agree or disagree with the textbook’s advice? What’s your opinion on these issues from the perspective of a parent, teacher, librarian, and/or general citizen? Do you agree that we should discuss difficult issues and not ignore them? Do any issues stand out to you more than others? If so, why?

When quoting from your textbook, make sure you introduce your quote and provide an in-text citation. A sentence in your post might look like this: Charlotte Hucks A Brief Guide to Childrens Literature emphasizes that the controversial issues 10-point model helps students understand what they know and what they think they know about an issue (Kiefer and Tyson 21).

For each discussion post, please read and respond to at least two of your classmates in letter format.  Write him/her a reflective response, expand on one of their ideas, ask a question, politely disagree, add a new point, etc.  This will create a true virtual “discussion.”  Also, remember that your original discussion post must be at least 300 words.

Wolf article Organization as a static fixed architecture like the product because organizations had obstacles and challenges that they have to face. We all know that the product and organization have advantages and disadvantages in their process. Product is supposed to be created for people’s satisfaction to become successful. So, the creator is supposed to know the reason for their product and what it does. If the clients have lots of interest in the product, they will buy it. They may also encourage other people to buy the product leading the product to have great satisfaction in clients. Moreover, the product may become worldwide recognized buy important buyers and companies leaving the product attracted to more clients and an increase in price. On the other hand, the product can also take a negative path in which clients are not satisfied, so the product sales will decrease. So, its a process to make a successful product. The product also has to face competition against other similar products. We also are aware that not all the product goes through the same process, a product can become successful without going through a process. If people have connections, the product can have more chances of becoming successful. I think that an organization is similar to a product in which the organization supposed to have a purpose and a goal to its’s members. An organization can become strong and successful if many members are satisfied with it. Also, the more connections and well know is the organization the more members it can attract. Organization owners also have to take into consideration competition and versus who they are competing. They have to make changes to the organization to attract more members and keep their members.
