The Week 6 Final Paper is the culmination of all of the ethical theories and philosophers we have studied in PHIL200 and is an extension of the Week 3 Paper Proposal Assignment. The paper should be between 1500 – 2000 words, submitted as an attachment as an MS Word or Word compatible document. Please use the citation style of your program of study and the reference page/bibliography does not need to be annotated, but you should have properly formatted in-text citations and a complete reference page. American Presidency Term Paper Proposal

Submit  a  single  page  document  with the  topic  number youve  chosen,  the  specific  topic  within  that  number  that  you  plan  to  research,  and  the  sources you plan to use (I attached the paper topics).  MUST  INCLUDE at  least one  non-encyclopedia  scholarly  book  source. 

Workplace Learning

Explain the historical development of Workplace Learning in the United States, past practice and paradigm shifts.  Compare the view on vocational training and workplace learning. Explain why learning and how workplace learning might help or not help an organization’s action plan.
