The effective manager strongly emphasizes the importance of good customer experience when recruiting potential candidates. Offering clear feedback, providing each candidates with a point of contact, and executing the entire process with a sense of urgency are all effective strategies to create a positive customer experience. When some of Settle’s recruits were interviewed, they shared the same sentiment of feeling valued as individuals, and were impressed by the speed of the process as well as the approachability of the recruitment staff; those recruits all accepted their offer with JPMC.
