This is a continuation paper. Please refer to attached documents for guidance.
Attached are the background scenario and the 1st Assignment. This is Assignment 2 that has to be completed.

Write a paper in which you address the following:

Part 1: Training Method and Justification
    A. For each of the trainings, you will:
        1. Describe the training and delivery method.
        2. Describe the assessment method for each training.
        3. Justify your choice of delivery method and training.

        I. Use as much concrete data as possible, including:
            a. Time to develop the training or to implement a COTS training product.
            b. Cost of the training method (cost to develop or purchase, as well as incidental costs, such as the need for additional equipment, software, or space).
            c. Cost of assessment.
            d. Cost of employee time in training.
        II.  Include adult learning theory in your justification

Note: Feel free to use a different training method and assessment method for each training.

Part 2: Assess Training Effectiveness
     
        4. Describe how you will evaluate the effectiveness of each training.
   
            A. Justify your evaluations with both cost information as well as adult learning theory.

1. Use least three quality references from the past two (2) years, no more than one of which you have used previously.
2. Include as much real-world information as possible on the COTS products and other products as they pertain to your proposal.

Your assignment must follow these formatting requirements:
  1.  Be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides; citations and references must follow APA or school-specific format. Check with your professor for any additional instructions.
  2.  Include a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the students name, the professors name, the course title, and the date. The cover page and the reference page are not included in the required assignment page length.

Mediation

This week we are looking at mediation.  For the first part of the DQ, define what mediation is.  Then  consider this statement: Mediation is but one of a range of interventions and approaches available when responding to workplace conflict or managing complaints. For it to be the right one, there are some necessary prerequisites.  Identify and discuss what you feel are 3 of these prerequisites. Why do you feel these are necessary for mediation to be the correct approach?  Follow the above instructions

Global Marketing Management

This weeks assignment builds on the proposal you submitted last week. Using the target audience and product or service you identified in your proposal, create a marketing mix for launch. Define your product, price, place, and promotion using the criteria below. Include how you will measure success. This will end up being part of your final marketing plan (due Week 7) so write for your intended professional audience.

Marketing Mix Criteria:

Product/Service:
What need does the product or service satisfy for the customer?
What features does it have to meet these needs?
How and where will the customer use it?
What does it look like? Think size, colors, materials, etc.
What will it be called?
How is it differentiated versus your competitors?

Place
Where will buyers get your product or service?
How can you access the right distribution channels?
Do you need to use a sales force? Or attend trade fairs? Or make online submissions? Or send samples to catalog companies?
How can you differentiate from the competition?

Price
What is the value of the product or service to the buyer?

What pricing strategy will you use?
How will your price compare with your competitors?

Promotion
Where and when can you get your marketing messages across to your target market?
Will you reach your audience by advertising online, in the press, on TV, on radio, or on billboards? By using direct marketing mailshots? Through PR? On the internet?
When is the best time to promote? Is there seasonality in the market? Are there any wider environmental issues that suggest or dictate the timing of your market launch or subsequent promotions?
How do your competitors do their promotions? And how does that influence your choice of promotional activity?

Mediation Review
1.    Identify the participants.
2.    How did each one come off as being receptive to the process?
3.    Do you feel the mediator was effective? Why or why not?
4.    What was the original conflict?
5.    What were the key points for you in favor of the employer?
6.    What were the key points for you in favor of the employee?
7.    What was the final outcome?
8.    Do you think that the employee will go ahead and file a grievance based on what you heard and observed?
9.    What were the employer and employees overall view of the process?
10.    Based on seeing an actual mediation, would you be amenable to using it?
