In this assignment, you will apply the three research approaches (qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods) to your research topic. In your discussion, selection one method within each approach and discuss its applicability to your topic. Discuss the merits and drawbacks for each as it pertains to your topic.
Please follow this format:
1. Title page
2. Explain how the qualitative approach (and one qualitative method) can be used to answer your research question (3/4 page)
3. Explain how the quantitative approach (and one quantitative method) can be used to answer your research question (3/4 page)
4. Explain how the mixed methods approach can be used to answer your research question (1/2 page)
5. Reference page
TECHNICAL GUIDANCE:
Your answers should be at a minimum of 2 2 pages (the Title Page and Reference page will be additional pages).
Type in Times New Roman, 12 point and double space.
Students will follow the APA Style as the sole citation and reference style used in written work submitted as part of coursework.
Use scholarly or other relevant sources.
Points will be deducted for the use of Wikipedia or encyclopedic type sources. It is highly advised to utilize: books, peer reviewed journals, articles, archived documents, etc.
Your responses are to be in your own words with minimal quotes.
All submissions will be graded using the attached rubric.
