RESEARCH PROPOSAL OUTLINE

The following is the format for your Research Proposal Outline. Your proposal must follow this format with appropriate amendment for type of research design.  The paper should be 15 pages in length. (Note this is a proposal for a research project-you will not conduct the proposed research in this course.) Students will present their research proposals at the end of the semester.

I already coded everything except for the if statements. I cant figure out how to convert the number grade to letter grade Please help
