Kingston-Bryce Kick-off Project Plan week 1

Your first task is to create a project plan for the Board of Directors in Microsoft Word or Excel. The project outline is essential for documenting all of the necessary tasks and milestones necessary to complete the project. The project is expected to take 18 months to complete, and the major milestones are broken up by quarters. You will need to be creative and develop the following items as if you were running the project.
Include the following (you will need to create these items):
    tasks and milestones;
    a project description;
    key stakeholders;
    timeline for the project.

In the Project Description dont forget the length and cost of the project.
The easiest way to identify the Key Stakeholders for this brief paper would be to use a table. You simply could have their position and name. Remember, this is for a specific project with actual people. Who are these people? The table should be limited to those who can make or break the success of the project. Certainly, the acquisition will affect a number of people, but only a few are in the decision-making position. The rest will be sent a notification of intent/progress/completion. There are probably 8 to 10 specific people who will sit at these meetings.  Take a look at https://bizfluent.com/info-8397448-key-stakeholders-organization.html
The Task/Milestones need some work. They are to be an actual list of major milestones and specific tasks broken up by quarters. These may change over the 18 months, but specific tasks should be aligned with quarterly Milestones. A table could list these individual items and line them up with the Milestone. Note that a task is different than a milestone. A milestone is a reference point that marks a major event in a project and is used to monitor the projects progress. It is usually used to indicate when a specific phase or group of tasks is to be completed.  It can be considered a deadline date. You could include them in the same table if they were noted, maybe with a color scheme or a separate column. Google Tasks vs Milestones.

Costas Mobile and Email Marketing Report week 4

You have recently discussed digital marketing with some colleagues working at different companies, and you realize that email and mobile marketing strategies are missing from the Costa’s digital marketing efforts. Since many of your customers could be reached there, you approach your administrator with this information, and she has asked you for a report detailing:

Summarize email and mobile marketing and include an analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of each method.
Hypothesize on how each could be used by the case document company and what the strategy might look like.
Include a visual mockup for a Costa’s marketing email using a free account on Mailchimp.com or other email service provider, including subject line, pre-header, image, body copy, and call-to-action.
Select an existing mobile ad template (320 X 100) you feel is effective on BannerSnack.com (free account) or other graphic design software, and make edits tailored to Costa’s with justification for your creative choice. Supply the .jpeg or .png of the edited mobile ad you created.
Conclude your report.
Why it is important to pursue email marketing campaigns?
Why is mobile marketing important to act upon instead of simply focusing on marketing solely to a desktop computer world?

I am suppose to set two academic and two personal goal in the goal setting template.

WATCH THIS VIDEO BEFore starting: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GOfl2sbgPhk
another one: https://strategiesforparents.com/how-to-follow-through-on-academic-goals-examples-for-success/
REMEMBER:
Specific (what? how?, who? where?, which?)
Measurable( how much? how many? how will I know when its achieved)
Attainable( How can the goal be accomplished?)
Relevant (worthwhile, right time)
Timely ( when?)
My professor is very hard grader.Please keep in mind that being specific and clear is what he is looking for.
I will type some examples here from my class.
Personal Goal: To manage my allowance by spending 50 CHF a week
Why: I was on a limited budget and I wanted to make sure that I would not miss out on any social activities with my friends
How: I set up a Post Finance Bank Account at the beginning of Term and every Sunday I withdrew the entire CHF 50. This way I knew that this would have to last me until the next day.
You can see that this person was very specific and clear and it is attainable
This is another one of my PROFESSOR EXAMPLE PLEASE READ:ONE HE DID.
Academic Goal:
To achieve a 65% in Studying at University Presentation Assessment in week 7 of Term A
Why: I have always been very nervous speaking to an audience. Even though the assessment is videoed I have always gotten poor marks for presentations in the past in high school. I really want to improve in this area.
How: I will design my presentation slides in week 5 and write a script of the words I will say as I am going through the presentation. I will ask my friend Roberto to video the presentation and then I will review it for mistakes. I will rewrite my script to ensure I am meeting the time limits in week 6 and practice it at least three times in front of my freinds for feedback and advice.
Keep in mind my term ends on April 20th. I have to be realistic of what I can achieve IN 10 weeks. , be detailed, do it timely, be SPECIFIC. Like for example. IF MY goal was to be fit, what kind of fit? fit to walk up the stairs? or fit like cristiano ronaldo abs etc.

My Personal Goals is:
To lose 10 pounds by April 20th.
(why) -for ex: i always been insecure of how I weigh and I been eating unhealthy etc.
I need help for a second personal goal..
Academic Goals:
To achieve a 70% in my final essay in Food Hygiene class by Week 9 (in Handout)
To achieve a 70% in my Reflective Academic Journal by Week 9 (in Handout)
