What is your organizations chief competitive advantage?
How has your organization positioned itself to lead its market segment?
What roles does the human resource (the people, not the practices) play in establishing this advantage?
For those of you in military units, you may want to approach this topic by comparing similar units in which you served. In other words, what made one squadron, ship, battalion, etc., stand out? How did the units personnel contribute to that differentiation?

We had to choose a chapter from the book, (which I will upload so you can use it) and create a proposal based on that chapter. The instructions for the proposal will be below.

Proposal: This is a 3-page standard Academic Proposal as to what your Final Paper and its research will be. It is expected you will have 1 page with a Summary of the Chapter you have chosen and what you find initially interesting about this Chapter; 1 page with a sample 3-part Introduction that includes a full MLA Thesis; 1 page that includes a list of 8-10 annotated academic sources that you have identified for potential use in your paper.

it is a multimedia presentation using Microsoft word.  the topic of exploration is “the Drafting of the US Constitution”, I am focusing on the following question : ” What was the motive of the US Constitution and how does the 14th amendment affect the lives of African American then and today in society?” the paper must include primary sources and secondary sources I will also include the rubric guidelines to follow
