In this unit, you will complete the case study of the company that you chose   in Unit II and have been researching throughout the course. Respond to the four   writing prompts below. Your responses must include information from academic   and  scholarly research, including at least two resources from the CSU Online   Library  and at least two other online sources.

1.  Create a case study summary of the company you have chosen, including a         general overview of the company, its external environment, and a list of   its       current strategies and objectives.
2. If the company continues with its present strategies and objectives, where         will it be in five years?
3. If you were the CEO of the company, what strategies would you recommend,         and why?
4. Describe the competitive strategies used by the companys main         competitors. Which of these strategies are the most effective? How can your         company combat these strategies? Support your answers.

If you paraphrase, quote, or use ideas from any source, you should cite your   sources using APA guidelines. Your case study should be at least three pages in   length, excluding a cover page and references page. In previous weeks of this course, you began thinking about and planning for your Final Project. By now, you should have selected a research question that interests you, identified the dataset that you will use to answer that question, and chosen a statistical test to analyze that data.

As you work on your Final Project, keep these guidelines in mind:

1. Present your research question clearly.

2. Explain why you selected your dataset and the statistical test you applied to that dataset.

3. Detail whether your test has statistical power or not.

4. Use one of the statistical tests covered in this course. IT HAS TO BE ONE OF THESE (WHICH IS MULTIPLE REGRESSION,LOGISTIC REGRESSION, FACTORIAL ANALYSIS OF VARIANCE, ANCOVA, MANOVA AND FACTTORIAL ANOVA)

5. Visually display your results, in APA format.

6. Detail how your findings might impact social change.

7. Ensure that your Final Project is 7 pages in length, in APA format.

Environmental Forces That Have Impacts On Marketing Decisions.

examines five (5) environmental forces that have impacts on marketing decisions.  These forces are social, economic, technological, competitive, and regulatory forces.  

For this discussion, you are required to select two (2) of these forces and discuss how they my affect marketing strategy and operations, by following these steps: 

a. select two forces. (for example, I select “social force”)

b. Identify an example to illustrate this force. (for social force, my example would be consumer’s increasing awareness of sustainable consumption)

c. Explain how your example of the environmental force may affect marketing. (in my case, this awareness of sustainable consumption may lead to higher demand for products that promote sustainability, such as organic food or products that have sustainability claims.  As a result, companies may need to build into their strategic planning the element of sustainable process.)

Of course, your discussion need to be sufficiently detailed (more than my example) to make your point.
