Write a 3-page paper with the following components:

Introduction
How does the emphasis on student development shape student affairs professionals?
What challenges does this present when working with other departments?
What is the role of learning outside the classroom in relation to student development?
What are some alternative learning experiences and student service innovations that support student development outside the classroom?

1.5 Weekly Reflection
Post a 250 word summary statement to the class discussion. Include new insights, thoughtful information, and application to personal leadership of the material covered this week in the assigned reading, lectures, other resources, discussion questions, and learner responses.
