Complete Ignoring The Fact That When Runescape Players

Complete ignoring the fact that when runescape players appreciate their time so highly they will clearly be OSRS gold annoyed since they spent irl money/bonds, that someone was able to achieve exactly the same thing half the time as them. Runescape players putting a high value on their time could just as easily be used as a reason for why they should not market”time savers”. It leaves me scratching my mind if they give these kinds of statements, I’ve accepted it and I have been maxed to the better part of 10 years although I don’t really care about mtx anymore.

As somebody who doesn’t buy secrets, I’m not especially bothered by the whole”individuals are accomplishing the same thing in Xpercent of the time” element of it. The way I’ve always seen it, my accomplishments are my very own. I live in my lane, provided what other men and women do is not affecting me, they could remain in theirs for all I care. It’s the admission that there’s monetary value in minimizing the amount of time spent playing runescape that bothers me. It screwed up to pay a company for the privilege of not playing. Particularly since, if it’s suggesting that runescape is overly grindy for contemporary tastes, they could actually fix that rather than charging the nose out for a solution to this “issue”.

It affects the econemy and as a result you and every other runescape player also. If a runescape participant requires half the amount of resources to get the same quantity of exp subsequently the money making process you’d has only become half as valuable. That’s accurate for Artisan skills, but by precisely the same logic Gathering skills are equally valuable because runescape players only have to assemble half of these to advance, meaning there’s less of these on the industry. Therefore, strictly in concept (though perhaps not in training ), it must balance out.

Your achievements are your ONLY if you’re a loner with no sense of competitiveness, a solo runescape player that only plays runescape to unlock content, treating it as a gameplay that is linear. This is many aspects of this MMO have died. People used to hold competitions, there was clan cups for skilling, pvp and pvm involving clans and large groups competing with each other. Most runescape players have been immortalized simply because of their amazing feats and accomplishments that were for all to see on the hiscores. Of course that how to get money in old school runescape means nothing but it was rather popular and also a motive to play runescape for a whole lot of runescape players, a lot more than the runescape playerbase.

Local Australian Fair

Course Project Description
Local Australian Fair committee

The purpose of this course project is for the student to integrate knowledge and experience.  This will be done by observing a small group in action and evaluating the groups performance by applying the theories and concepts studied in the course.  The small group you choose to observe should range from three to fifteen members. Written verification is required.

You must make sure that the group you choose to observe meets the definition of small group communication.  In other words, your group must be comprised of 3 or more people who interact with each other, are interdependent, and are working together in pursuit of a common goal.  This would generally exclude social groups and/or family groups.

Some possible groups to observe might include employee staff meetings, faculty meetings, PTA meetings, committee meetings, city council or church council meetings, club meetings, etc.  Virtually any group meeting in which at least three people interact, are interdependent, and are working toward a common purpose or to accomplish a task will be appropriate.  Please contact me if you are unsure that your group meets the proper criteria.

You should arrange to observe the group for at least 3-5 hours (cumulative, not necessarily all at once).  You will be responsible for writing a paper which analyzes your observations on at least five of the following small group characteristics:

        cohesiveness

        nonverbals

        conflict

        groupthink

        reciprocity

        structure

        leadership

        self-disclosure

        gatekeeping

        norms

        roles

        group decision making

any other topics discussed in our textbook but not listed here.

Your paper should have a clear introductory paragraph and concluding paragraph and must indicate to the reader that you have carefully applied small group communication theory and evaluated the groups performance.

Your introduction should be an overview of the purpose of the assignment.  Be sure to define what is meant by group.  The introduction should include a description of the group you observed and briefly list which of the group characteristics will be discussed in the paper.

The main body of the paper should focus on your observations and your evaluation of the groups functioning. For each characteristic that you choose to write about you should define the concept (using our text as a reference), explain what the concept means (as you understand it) and then describe how you observed this concept at work in the group you observed providing evidence to support your observations (for example, if you observed conflict in your group, describe the behaviors you saw that lead you to believe conflict existed within the group).

Once you have defined, described and have given evidence for your observations you should evaluate the groups functioning.  Based on the text descriptions and your observations, how well is the group functioning within the characteristic youve chosen to write about?  For example, if you observe conflict in the group, how well is the group handling it?  If you observe leadership, is it positive or negative? Does it hinder or help the group meet its goals?  If you write about norms, what kind did you observe? Are the norms constructive for the group or counterproductive? In other words, evaluate the groups functioning for each of the characteristics you choose to write about. Try to be as specific as possible.

Your conclusion should be a summary of your groups functioning.  Overall, based on what youve learned about groups from the course and based on your observations, how healthy is the group?  Is this a functional or dysfunctional group?  As an outside observer, what recommendations or advice would you give to the group?

The paper must be typed or computer printed with standard font (10 to 12 point), have margin sizes of 1 inch, Times New Roman font and should be 6-7 pages in length.  Your paper will be evaluated according to the degree of clarity of thought, detailed description, and insight, as well as correctness in spelling, grammar, and punctuation that is consistent with college-level writing.

Although outside sources are not required, the course material should be properly referenced when applying group communication terms, definitions and concepts.  Any outside sources should also be properly referenced. Either MLA or APA format should be followed.

Submit the group below that you feel you will be observing.

EDUCATION AND RESEARCH- SLP

In each module in this course, your SLP assignments have built upon each other. For your SLP assignments have created an extensive PowerPoint presentation (PPT).

Remember, you have been named the Administrative Director at Trident International Hospital (TIH) and will be presenting your PPT to the Board of Directors at TIH for approval. TIH is restructuring to meet the current needs of their consumers.

There are several roles in a health care organization. Often, interdisciplinary teams are created to brainstorm or make important decisions. The key is to develop a team that will interact with one another effectively and being diverse views to the forefront.

Part 1:

We have discussed several types of departments/roles in health care organization, (e.g., inpatient, outpatient, clinical, non-clinical, etc.)  For your Module 4 SLP you are to create an interdisciplinary team of 5 or 6 six individuals that will discuss and development an action plan for the restructuring of TIH. In 5 or 6 additional slides, you are to explain to the board the following:

  1. Explain the importance of interdisciplinary teams
  2. Identify 5 or 6 individuals (titles of roles) and corresponding departments (i.e. Title: Inpatient Admission Director; Department: Inpatient) that you recommend to be a part of an interdisciplinary team to assist with the restructuring of TIH.
  3. Justify why these select individuals will be beneficial part of the team.

Part 2:

To conclude your PPT to the board of directors, you are to develop a new Vision and Mission of TIH. Your Vision and Mission should support or be interrelated with the selected 5 (five) of the pillars of success from Module 3.

At this point (with the continuation of slides from Module 1, 2, and 3 SLP), your total presentation should be at least 20-25 slides (not including the title and reference slide). Speaker notes are required.

SLP Assignment Expectations

Conduct additional research to gather sufficient information to support your responses.

  1. Limit your response to a maximum of 25 slides (not including the title or reference slides).
  2. Support your SLP with peer-reviewed articles, with at least 1-2 references. Use the following source for additional information on how to recognize peer-reviewed journals: http://www.angelo.edu/services/library/handouts/peerrev.php.
  3. You may use the following source to assist in your formatting your assignment: https://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/resource/560/01/.
