• Analyze the selected journal articles and identify any correlation between rape and pornography. Provide statistical information in support.
• Synthesize your research and conclude, with reasons, whether pornography leads to sexual violence. If not, state the factors that contribute to sexual violence.
• Analyze whether the regulation of pornography is warranted based on the evidence so far.

Why is it important that probation and parole officers have the knowledge and understanding of psychological and sociological constructs and theories?

• Why is it important that probation and parole officers have the knowledge and understanding of psychological and sociological constructs and theories?
• Do you agree that a bachelor’s degree should be the minimum requirement for persons in probation, parole, and corrections? Why?
• What other areas of training and specialization do you think would most benefit probation and parole officers? Explain your reasoning.
