Stanley Park Project
The purpose of the Stanley Park is to provide a safe, family oriented community park that will service the City of Kelsey’s growing population.
The Stanley Park will also be utilized by college students, seasonal tourist and neighboring communities generating more revenue for the City of Kelsey’s local business.
