Describe the population.

This is an essay to be written on the Prussian Blue stain for histology.
This is for the Histology or Histotechnology field of study. It is medical technology similar to clinical laboratory.  I have attached the grading scale for the paper. Also, I will provide criteria #3 and #4 from my textbook.
